Please review our store policies before scheduling your appointment. There is a required $200 nonrefundable deposit for wedding dress alterations, a $100 nonrefundable deposit for regular alterations, and a $200 nonrefundable deposit for custom order appointments. More than 2 items alteration $250(includes regular alteration and wedding dresses)This deposit is not refundable if you cancel the appointment, no call/no show, or decide not to go through with the alterations. This deposit will go towards the total bill for the service.

Important Scheduling Notice: Consultation appointments requested within an unreasonably short timeframe may be declined based on the dressmaker's availability. If your appointment is declined, it will be canceled and your consultation fee will be refunded minus any non-refundable payment processing/bank transaction fees.
