Booking Policy

  • You must have an appointment. No walk-ins are accepted. Appointments must be made via website.

  • Customer is permitted to bring only 1 item to their appointment unless they schedule a “More than 2 items” appointment.

  • Timeline Policy

    1. Timeline for Appointments

    • Wedding dress alteration appointments must be scheduled at least five months before the desired pickup date to allow adequate time for fittings and production.

    • If an appointment is made less than five months before the desired pickup date, a rush fee will apply and must be paid at the time the order is placed. Rush fee ranges from $450-$750 depending on the amount of work the dress needs as well as timeframe.

    2. Appointment Restrictions

    • Appointments made less than two months before the desired pickup date cannot be accommodated due to time constraints. Any appointments scheduled within this timeframe will be canceled, and the client will be notified.

  • There is a $200.00 nonrefundable deposit required for wedding dress appointments. If you cancel the appointment, a no-call/no-show, or decide to not go through with the alterations, the deposit is not refundable. This deposit will go towards the total bill for the service.

    • Do not wait for reasons such as "weight-loss" to book your appointment, you must schedule your appointment and put in the deposit 5 months in advance. 

    • If you request to have a wedding dress design custom made, you must book an appointment 1 year in advance of to desired pick-up date. 

  • A $250 nonrefundable deposit is required for custom order appointments. If you cancel the appointment, a no-call/no-show, or decide to not go through with the alterations, the deposit is not refundable. This deposit will go towards the total bill for the service.

    • For any other custom-made orders (for example: mother of bride/groom, bridesmaid, etc..), you must make an appointment 7 months in advance of desired pick up date otherwise a rush fee will be required. Rush fee ranges from $350-$650 depending on the amount of work the order needs as well as timeframe.

  • A $75.00 nonrefundable deposit required for regular alterations appointments. If you cancel the appointment, no call/no show, or decide not to go through with the alterations, deposit is not refundable. This deposit will go towards the total bill for the service.

    • If appointment is made within 3 weeks of desired pick up date, a rush fee ranging from $50-$350 will be required depending on timeframe and amount of work needed.

  • You must respect the scheduled time for your appointment otherwise late arrivals will not be accepted.

  • There are no set prices for alterations. You must come in for an appointment and the price will be given at the end of the consultation.

  • Please be advised that once you have completed the final fitting and picked up your order, there will be no further alterations done. Any "change-of-mind" alterations will be done through a new scheduled appointment and at full price.
